Please make certain your organization meets the criteria to seek a grant proposal. We realize that completing an application takes valuable staff time and appreciate you providing the most complete information possible to enable the Board in its decision-making process.

Each of the three primary application forms can be completed online, saved and printed to mail to the Tony Stewart Foundation, 5644 West 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278.

NOTE: Because of the volume received by the Foundation, applications may not be submitted electronically.
